Do you provide the service to any other airport apart from Orlando International?
Yes, we also provide service to Sanford International and Tampa International, although there is an small extra surcharge for both of these airports to cover the excess distance, time and tolls involved. The surcharge will be determined by the vacation address.
Do you deliver cars to anywhere else apart from villas?
Yes, we will deliver the vehicle to any place of vacation or resort within a 20 mile radius of the Disney area. If your resort or vacation property is beyond this radius, there will be a small surcharge to cover the extra distance.
Will a car seat we have booked be available in the transportation vehicle to and from the airport?
Yes, we will then transfer the seat upon arrival to your allocated vehicle.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track all flights using the state of the art flight tracking software that is available to us. We will know exactly what time you land and we will be there to meet you.
What happens if I miss my connecting flight?
You must inform us as soon as you are able to do so, as we will need the new flight information and flight number. You will have our contact telephone numbers before you depart.
What happens if we arrive at the meeting point and cannot find your driver?
Please use the emergency telephone numbers you are given upon your departure. Although we do our utmost to be on schedule we are also dependant on the US road systems.
Tell me more about your vehicles?
All of our vehicles are new/recent models with low mileage. They are all fully automatic and equipped with air conditioning.
What happens if I breakdown?
We will provide you with contact telephone numbers upon arrival. If this ever happens a recovery vehicle will be sent to you as soon as possible, along with a replacement car if necessary.
What happens if your fleet is fully booked and you do not have another car?
We will provide you with a third party vehicle from one of the major companies (example Alamo/Budget) at no cost to yourself.
Does the contract holder have to be the main driver?
No. The contract holder does not have to be a driver at all, but they must be a member of the party and the contract holder will be responsible for the vehicle.
How many drivers are allowed to drive the rental car?
You may have up to three drivers on the contract.
What is the minimum age of a driver?
The minimum age of a driver is 21.
What is the difference between the 7 Seat Minivan and the 8 Seat Minivan?
These vehicles are both exactly the same size, example Honda/Toyota. The difference is there is a 3/4 seat between the two captain seats in the middle row. This seat is suitable for a child or small adult. Because the 8 seat vehicle is a higher specification these are charged out at a nightly rate more expensive than the 7 seat.
If our flight is late in arriving, would the driver wait at a grocery store while we get some basic supplies?
Yes, as long as our pickup and return schedules allow us to do this. Please advise the driver at the airport if you require this extra stop on the way.
What happens if we have to vacate our accommodations at 10 or 11 am? Do we have to go back to the airport at this time?
Where you have an early check out and your flight is not until the pm hours, we will suggest that you arrange to meet us with the rental vehicle at our office premises in Celebration. From there we will transfer you back to the airport.
What if we can't fit our luggage in the rental vehicle?
We will arrange to come to your place of vacation at your checkout time and collect your baggage, where it will be held securely for you. We will then ask you to meet at our office premises in Celebration at a pre-arranged time.
Is there a full tank of fuel in the vehicle?
Yes, the vehicle will be delivered to your place of vacation with a full tank of fuel. Before your return transfers we ask you to refill the vehicle.
My villa address won't be allocated until I arrive. Can I still use the service?
Yes. We see this circumstance all the time and have developed working relationships with most of the villa management companies. If you supply us with your villa booking reference number and management company details we will be able to obtain the required information and have your car waiting on the drive when you arrive.
